摘要
文章基于复变函数方法,推导了含圆孔的无限大板且孔内侧粘贴加强圆环在远端受双轴线性载荷作用下的解析解;为了更好地评估圆环的加强效果,系统地分析了板的孔边处各应力分量的最大值及其方向与加强圆环的材料属性及其厚度的关系,结果表明,选择合适的加强圆环的材料和厚度可以显著降低板在孔边处的最大应力。研究结果为加强圆环的优化设计提供了理论依据。
Based on the complex variable function method,an analytical solution is derived for an infinite plate under biaxial linear loads at infinity,and the plate has a circular hole along the inner side of which a reinforcing ring is bonded.In order to evaluate the reinforcement effect of the ring,the relation between the maximum stresses at the circular boundary of the plate and their direction and the material properties and thickness of the reinforcing ring is analyzed.The results show that the maximum stresses at the circular boundary of the plate drop off evidently if appropriate material and thickness of the reinforcing ring are chosen.The presented formulae provide a theoretical approach for the optimization design of the reinforcing ring.
