摘要
本文报道1例我院收治的肝原发性非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者误诊为肝血管瘤病历。研究分析其临床表现、实验室检查、影像学资料、手术中情况、病理结果与误诊原因。肝原发性非霍奇金淋巴瘤临床上罕见,术前误诊率很高,就此病例的分析探讨,可为临床诊断提供依据。
To investigate one case of hepatogenic non-Hodgkin lymphoma misdiagnosed as hemangiomas. Studyed clinical manifestation,laboratory examination,imageology,the patholological condition and the reason of misdiagnosis. Hepatogenic non-Hodgkin lymphoma is rare in clinic and the misdiagnosis rate of preoperative is high and this discussion provided scientific basis for clinical diagnosis.
