摘要
在线状态监测应用高新科技用于煤矿生产,可以对旋转机械潜在的许多严重故障,给予早期预警。提高设备的使用效率,降低成本,实现设备的状态检修。实施关键设备的振动监测,对设备进行综合分析、数据采集,可提高设备安全可靠程度,确保安全生产。
Hi-tech is applied to on-line state monitoring in mine production.The paper introduces the application of vibration monitoring to giving pre-warning to potential severe faults in rotating machinery,which can realize the condition-based maintenance of equipment with high efficiency and low cost,improve the safety and reliability and guarantee safety production by on-line monitoring.
