摘要
运用物理分形和自仿射R/S分析方法,对鄂西及邻区历史地震(M≥4.5)和1970—2010年间地震(M≥1.0)进行分析,得到了各子震级的自然周期、分维值和无标度区间,并求出了地震频度序列的H值(H=0.79)和时间间隔序列的H值(H=0.87);揭示了该区地震活动的自相似性和层次结构。
The historical earthquake catalogues(M≥4.5) western Hubei and its surrounding areas are analyzed with the and 1970--2010 earthquake catalogues(M≥ 1.0) in methods of physical fractal and R/S analysis. Accordingly, the natural cycle, fractal dimension and fractal scale-less range form every subset of small earthquakes are obtained, and the Hurst exponent (0.79) of earthquake frequency sequences and Hurst exponent (0.87) of earthquake timing interval sequences are obtained as well. Thereby the self-similarity and hierarchical structure of these earthquakes are revealed.
