摘要
为探讨新形势下聘用制人员人事档案管理,本文对本院2000年以来聘用制人员人事档案管理的现状进行分析。聘用制用人方式(人事代理制度)的广泛推行,人事档案社会化的管理,在有效缓解医院人员编制滞后、人才配置受限状况的同时也存在新的问题,带来人事档案管理新的压力。结合现状提出改进设想:建立聘用制人员人事档案管理社会化公共管理服务新模式;建立人才信息网络,实行人事档案信息资源共享。
In order to explore the new situation of employed personnel files management, the personnel file management current situation of the employed staff in our hospital since 2000 were analyzed. The extensive implementation of employ- ment system, and the social management of personnel files bring new problems while they effectively improve the hospital staffing situation and the limitation of talent, such as management of personnel files. Combined with the nowadays status improvement is offered: Establish the social public management of personnel files for employment; build a talent information network, implement the sharing of human resource information.
