摘要
目的研究麻疹减毒活疫苗在大中专院校中使用后的不良反应发生情况。方法采取回顾性总结的方法,于2011年10月10日～30日,对在驻地内进行麻疹减毒活疫苗的免费预防接种的大中专学生共348名进行了跟踪调查,了解接种疫苗后的不良反应。结果其中64名因发热、腹泻等原因未能参加接种,其余284名大中专学生全部进行随访,95.42%(271/284)的接种者在此期间无不良反应,仅有4.58%(13/284)的学生出现不良反应。其中,发热5例,局部出现红、肿、热、痛、结节4例,荨麻疹2例,头痛1例,胸闷1例。结论接种麻疹减毒活疫苗的不良反应主要是发热,局部出现红、肿、热、痛、结节以及过敏等现象。
Objective To study the occurrence of measles vaccine adverse reactions after used in the colleges. Methods Took the retrospective summary method, in October 10 to 30, 2011 period, the headquarters of within the measles vaccine synergia from free preventive inoculation of old technical secondary school students were 348 students were tracked, in or- der to understood the vaccinated adverse reactions. Results Sixty four students were caused by fever, diarrheal and other reasons that were unable to attend vaccination, but the remaining 284 students were all participated in follow-up survey. 95.42% （271/284） students in this period were negative, while only 4.58% （13/284） students had positive reaction, includ- ing 5 cases of fever, 4 cases of local symptoms, 2 cases of urticaria, 1 case of headache and 1 case of chest distress. Con- clusion Vaecinal measles vaccine synergia from adverse reaction of main is calorific, local appear red, swollen, heat, pain, nodules and allera＇v wait for a r）henomenon.
