摘要
目的观察蒙脱石散保留灌肠治疗腹泻的临床疗效并总结护理体会。方法将100例秋季腹泻患儿随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上,给予蒙脱石散保留灌肠。观察两组治疗效果及相关症状改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率为98.0%,对照组总有效率为74.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患儿的每日排便次数、治疗天数、退热时间、脱水纠正时间与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蒙脱石散保留灌肠治疗腹泻疗效显著,且护理操作简单,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical and nursing experience of Montmorillonite Powder retention enema in treat- ment of diarrhea. Methods All 100 cases diarrhea were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. The ef- fective rate and relevant symptoms in two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of treatment group was 98.0%, and 74.0% in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Compared with the control group, the days of treatment, abatement of fever, correc- tive dehydration, defecate time of patients in treatment group were significantly shorter （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion It is effec- tive in treatment of children with autumn diarrhea whit Montmorilionite Powder retention enema, and nursing is simply, and it is worthy of widely clinical application.
