摘要
目的探讨采用切开缝合联合挂线术治疗肛瘘的临床疗效,以提高肛瘘的临床治疗效率、缩短病程、减轻患者的痛苦。方法回顾性分析2009年1月～2011年1月本院采用切开缝合联合挂线术治疗的112例肛瘘患者的临床资料,并以以往采用单纯低位切开高位挂线治疗的112例患者为对照组,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组治疗时间显低于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组有效率明显高于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论切开缝合联合挂线术治疗肛瘘疗效确切,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the use of cut suture joint hang line operation in the treatment of anal fistula, in order to improve the treatment of anal fistula forest transfer efficiency, shorten the course, reduce patient suffering. Methods A retrospective analyzed of January 2009 to January 2011 combined hospital hung by open suture of 112 cases of surgical treatment of anal fistula in patients with clinical data, and past use of a simple low-cut high thread-treatment of 112 pa- tients the control group, two groups were compared the clinical efficacy. Results The treatment time of observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference between groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）, obser- vation group was significantly higher, the difference between groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The combined incision suture line treatment of anal fistula hanging is effective, and it is worthy of promotion.
