摘要
目的探讨经皮经肝胆道镜治疗肝内外胆管结石的疗效。月应用经皮经肝胆道镜治疗42例肝内外胆管结石作回顾性分析。结果结石清除率90．5％（38／42），随访4-60个月（平均35个月），结石复发率9肝内外胆管结石一项安全而有效的办法。方法对本院2000年1月-2010年1经1～10次（平均3．6次）胆道镜取石，1％。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of percutaneous transhepatic cholangioscopy in the treatment of patients with intro- and extro-hepatic duct stones. Methods A total of 43 patients with intro- and extro-hepatic duct stones treated by a percutaneous transhepatic cholangioscope were investigated retrospectively from January 2000 to January 2010. Results The mean number of cholangioscopic procedure was 3.6 （range, 1-10）. The stone clearance ratewas 90.5% （38/42）. The recurrent rate was 9. 1% during 35-month follow-up （range, 4-60 months）. Conclusions The treatment of intro- and extro-hepatic duct stones with a pereutaneous transhepatic cholangioscope is safe and effective.
