摘要
采用溶液聚合法将含有乙烯基的MQ硅树脂共聚到丙烯酸酯链节之中,合成了硅树脂改性丙烯酸酯压敏胶。利用FT-IR对改性后的压敏胶进行结构表征,确定了硅树脂的加入时间和最佳用量。结果表明,在聚合反应先期或中期加入10%的硅树脂,制得的压敏胶性能优异。改性丙烯酸酯压敏胶在150℃下持粘性为2200s,室温180°剥离强度为14.5N/25mm,100℃的180°剥离强度为6.3N/25mm,在200℃热老化10h后,剥离强度仍达6.2N/25mm。
The modified acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) with MQ silicone resin containing vinyl groups was prepared by the copolymerization of acrylate and MQ silicone resin via solution polymerization.The chemical structure of modified acrylate PSA was characterized by FT-IR.The optimal amount and adding moment of MQ silicone resin were studied.The results showed that the modified acrylate PSA reached the best performance when the 10%} silicone resin was added after the reaction continued for a while,The holding power was 2 200s at 150℃.The 180° peeling strength was 14.5N /25ram at 25qC and 6.3N/25mm at 100℃,respectively.The peeling strength was 6.2N/25mm after aging for 10h at 200℃.
