摘要
社会主义商品经济是一种新型的商品经济。社会主义国有经济具有商品经济的一切共性，只是性质与职能与其他商品经济不同。社会主义国有经济之所以具有市场属性，根本原因是社会主义社会存在分工，国家所有制不是铁板一块，国有企业必须分工分业经营，劳动、供求关系和利益存在差别。国有企业是独立的商品生产者和经营者，具有自己的利益；生产是为了出售；商品和劳动具有二重性；生产经营受价值规律调节，宏观管理也必须尊重价值规律。国有经济与市场也存在矛盾，但可以通过改革解决。
The socialist commodity economy is a new type of commodity economy. The socialist state--owned economy possesses all the characteristics a commodity economy bears, except that its attributes and functions differ from those of the commodity economy. The reason that the socialist state--owned economy embodies the market attributes lies in the fact that labor division exists in the socialist society. The state ownership is not a rigid monolithic system; the state -- owned enterprises are organized and operated according to different sectors and industries; moreover, discrepancies exist in terms of labor, interests and the relations between demand and supply. The state--owned enterprises are also independent producers and distributors of commodities. They have their own interests. The purpose of production is to sell products. SO commodity and labor show the property of duality; production and operation are controlled by the law of value. Therefore, the macromanagement has to follow the law of value too. Nonetheless, contradictions exist between the state -- owned economy and the market. How ever. they can be overcome Through the reforms.
