轻量型网片腹膜前疝修补手术与疝环充填式修补手术的对比研究 被引量:10

The comparative study of preperitoneal tension-free herniorrhaphy using lightweight mesh with open Mesh-plug in tension free hernia repair

摘要 目的对比轻量型网片腹膜前疝修补手术同疝环充填式疝修补手术的临床效果。方法选取2009年11月至2010年11月河北医科大学第二医院单侧腹股沟疝男性患者60例,随机分为轻量型网片腹膜前手术组和重量型网片疝环充填修补组,并对其临床资料进行分析。结果轻量型网片腹膜前手术组与重量型网片疝环充填修补组比较,手术时间、术中出血量、术后早期疼痛、血清肿、术后自主下床活动时间、平均住院时间、恢复日常活动时间等指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在术后3个月随访时发现腹膜前手术组有2例患者,疝环充填修补手术组有8例患者手术区域存在异物感,二组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后随访二组均无复发。结论两种腹股沟疝修补手术方法治疗效果均令人满意,使用轻量型网片进行腹膜前修补手术的患者术后具有更好的舒适性。 Objective To compare the clinical results of open repairing hernia between preperitoneal tension-free hemiorrhaphy using lightweight mesh and open Mesh-plug in tension free hernia repair. Methods Sixty male patients with unilateral inguinal hernia were choosed in the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from November 2009 to November 2010, these patients were randomly divided into two groups, preperitoneal tension-free hemiorrhaphy group and Mesh-plug group. All of clinic data of two groups were analyzed. Results There were no significant difference between preperitoneal tension-free herniorrhaphy group and Mesh-plug group in operation time, blood loss, pain after operation, seroma, the average postoperative hospital stay, time of resume normal activities and etc. There were two cases in preperitoneal tension-free herniorrhaphy group and 8 cases in Mesh-plug group who had the foreign bodies sensation in the operative area after follow up at the end of the third month. There were no recurrence cases in two groups. Conclusions The results of two operations are satisfactory, but the patients underwent preperitoneal herniorrhaphy using lightweight mesh suffer less foreign bodies sensation in the operative area.
