摘要
因为新的生物-心理-社会医学模式的逐步完善,高血压的防治办法也从单一的生物学防治,向心理和社会的全面模式转变。高血压防治也以大医院为基础,逐步向社区卫生服务平台转移。因此,产生了防治高血压疾病新的管理途径和方向:它是通过社区干预对社区居民采取个体和群体管理,实施社区高血压患者的用药指导和管理,提高患者自身管理能力和按照医嘱用药的认识的办法,而这些方面是提高高血压控制率和治疗率的关键所在。
The method of prevention and cure for high blood pressure has being converted from unitary biological prevention and cure to the overall psychological and social model as the gradual perfection of the new biological-psychological-social medical model. And also the prevention and cure for high blood pressure has being gradually transferred to the community sanitary service flat based on the large hospital. Therefore, there comes into being a new administration approach and direction of prevention and cure for high blood pressure diseases, which is the method for implementing the administrate and guidance of administering drugs for high blood pressure patients in the community by adopting individual and group management for community residents through community intervention, so as to improve the self-management ability of the patients and the knowledge of administering drugs according to the doctor＇s order, and all these are the key for improving treatment rate and control rate of high blood pressure diseases.
