摘要
市场经济下，区域作为经济活动中的重要利益主体开始浮现出来，它的经济功能与作用日渐突出，已不同于过去的所谓“块块”，它已经与产业经济一道成为推动整个国民经济发展的新动力。在宏观经济环境发生重大变化的背景下，区域经济也获得了迅速的发展，作为一门新兴的、成长中的重要学科，不可避免地要遇到实践中和理论上需要解决的问题。尽管许多方面的问题已获得共识或已经解决，但仍在一些方面存有争论，有的还有待于深化。本文仅对区域经济研究中涉及的几个重要问题进行探讨。
Under the system of the market economy, the regions, which are the main role in economic activity, have emerged. Their economic functions and affects have grown increasingly. They have already become new power for propelling whole national economy forward. With the improving process of many important conditions of the macro-economy, the researches in regional economy have also been developed rapidly. As a new and growing science, regional economy unavoidably encounters a lot of problems to be solved in the theory and the practice. Although some problems have been solved, there are conflicts in a few aspects of researches, and needs to improve. This article only studies further the basic questions involving the regional economy.
