摘要
在分析铁辊车间生产物流系统现状的基础上,运用系统布置设计和系统搬运分析方法对物流系统进行了优化,并构建了优化方案的TCPN动态模型,使用Witness仿真软件对优化方案的运行过程进行了模拟。仿真结果表明,铁辊车间每班次的产量比优化之前提高10.9%,物流不再是该车间的生产瓶颈。铁辊车间还存在的问题是该车间处于较明显的生产不平衡状态,仿真结果为进一步提高铁辊车间的生产效率指明了方向。
The production logistics system of iron roller workshop was optimized using System Layout Planning(SLP) and System Handling Analysis(SHA) based on analyzing its status,and TCNP dynamic model of optimization programs was constructed,Witness simulation software simulated function of optimization programs.Simulation results show that the production of each frequency in this iron roller workshop increase 10.9% than before optimization,logistics is no longer a bottleneck.An imbalance of production is obvious in this iron roller workshop,it points out the direction in order to further improving the productivity.
