股骨近端锁定钢板治疗股骨转子间骨折36例体会 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨股骨近端锁定钢板治疗股骨转子间骨折的治疗效果。方法:2007年6月~2010年5月,对本院收治的36例老年股骨转子间骨折患者行股骨近端锁定钢板治疗,随访观察患者术后恢复情况,并比较术前及术后Har-ris评分。结果:股骨近端锁定钢板治疗股骨转子间骨折术后患者恢复良好,优良率为91.7%,并能有效提高患者Harris评分(P<0.01)。结论:股骨近端锁定钢板能有效治疗股骨转子间骨折,明显提高患者的髋关节功能,值得临床推广。 Objective: To investigate the proximal femur locking compression plate (PFLP) for the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures. Methods: From June 2007 to May 2010, 36 cases of patients with intertrochanteric fractures were treated with PFLP. Follow-up were performed to assess the postoperative recovery, and the Harris hip scores of preoperative and postoperative were compared. Results: The excellent or good rate of postoperative recovery in patients treated with PFLP was 91.7%, and PFLP could improve the Harris score effectively (P0.01). Conclusion: Proximal femur locking compression plate is effective for intertrochanteric fractures, improves the hip function significantly, and it is worthy of clinical promoting.
