摘要
年产1万吨以下的造纸厂,全国有数千家之多,而且绝大多数有制浆生产线。因此,制浆废液污染问题是目前小型纸厂面临的严重问题,也是在不久的将来是否能继续生存的关键问题。这个问题,领导部门很早就提出了改造的方针,但总是不容易做到,其中还是有一定的原因的。为此,从总体出发,从技术上可行着手,提出一些改造的途径如下。一、改生产化学浆为生产高得率浆或超高得率浆如果生产化学浆的得率是45~50%,则蒸煮废液中的有机物就占了所用原料的50~55%,这就是废液形成污染的来源。如果生产半化学浆的得率是60~80%,则污染源只有所用原料的20~40%了。如果生产得率为80~94%的超高得率浆(通常称为化机浆,
The pollution from small paper mills is very
severe in China. The innovation of the small
paper mills in order to reduce the pollution may
be done as follows.
1. Enlarge hte mill scale over 10 thousand fons
per year in order to establish the smallest alkali
recovery system. If it is not possible, the
utilization of alkali or kraft lignin as chemicals
for oil well, sand-stability agent and others must
be considered.
2. Change the cooking method from soda or kraft
process to AS or NS process in order to produce
some lignosulfonates which may be used as
surface active agents beneficially.
3. Change the production from chemical pulp to
high yield pulp which may be used to produce
fissue, fowelling and some printing / writing
papers and paper boards.
