摘要
介绍一种基于脉冲测量法和闪络法原理的商用高压电缆故障测试仪的原理和硬件设计。利用雷达测试原理,向电缆发送一个低压脉冲或高压脉冲。当遇到特性阻抗不匹配的地方时,就会产生反射波,根据反射信号的波形确定故障的性质,通过测量波形特征点来定位故障点位置。系统以微控制器、CPLD为核心,由脉冲发送/接收、LCD显示、高速ADC采样等硬件电路模块组成。
This article introduces the theory and hardware design of a kind of commercial cable failure test device based on impulse measurement and flashover method. By using the theory of radar test, a low-voltage inpulse or high-voltage impulse is sent. When it reaches a place that the characteristic impedance does not match, it will produce a reflect wave. Therefore, the na- ture of the failure can be confirmed according to wave shape of the relect wave, while the failure place can be found by testing the refected point of the wave shape. With microcontroller and CPLD as its core, the system consists of hardware circuit modules such as impluse sending and receiving, LCD display, high-speed ADC sampling etc.
