摘要
为解决双点压力机在行程量调节过程中保证同步性的问题,依据曲柄压力机实现行程可调的可行性原则,通过分析现有行程可调压力机的调节原理,打破常规的通过转动偏心套来调节行程的手段,设计了一种新的通过曲轴转动来调节行程的结构,完美的解决了双点及四点压力机行程调解时保证同步性的问题。本文以单轴式双点行程可调压力机为例,详细阐述其调节结构的原理,并对结构中的关键零部件进行了设计与建模,给出了重要判定参数之间的关系曲线。
For solving the problem of ensuring the synchronicity in the stroke adjustment process of two point press,based on the feasibility principle of crank press with adjustable stroke,and through the analysis of the existing adjustable stroke press regulation principle,the normal procedure of adjusting stroke by the rotation of the eccentric sleeve was broken,and a new structure through the rotation of the crankshaft to stroke regulating was designed.The two points and four points press stroke adjustment to ensure synchronization problem was solved perfectly.Taking the single shaft type double stroke adjustable press as an example,the regulating structure principle was explained in detail.The structure of the key parts was designed and the model was set up.The relationship curve among the important parameters was given.
