摘要
详细研究了Fe84Zr7B9薄带中的巨磁阻抗效应。研究了退火工艺对巨磁阻抗效应的影响。发现 6 0 0℃退火 2 0min的Fe84Zr7B9薄带在 1.5MHz下的 (Zmax(H ) -Z ( 5 2 0 0A/m ) /Z( 5 2 0 0A/m)达到 15 2 %。同时我们还测量磁导率随磁场的变化关系 ,研究了不同退火工艺下材料的磁导率 ,发现材料磁导率值与巨磁阻抗效应的大小紧密相关。
In the present paper,the giant magnetoimpedance effect of Fe 84 Zr 7B 9 ribbon has been investigated in detail.The effect of annealing process on the giant magnetoimpedance effect has been studied.Results show that at frequency of 1.5MHz,the ratio of ( Z max (H)-Z(5200 A/m))/ Z(5200 A/m) for Fe 84 Zr 7B 9 ribbon annealed at 600℃ for 20min reachs the value of 152%.The magnetic field dependence of permeability,the influence of the annealing process on the permeability have also been investigated.Results show that the permeability closely relates to the giant magnetoimpedance effect.
