摘要
从非晶的有序原子集团(ordered cluster)和位错模型出发,利用位错动力学讨论了在激波作用下,非晶合金晶化为纳米晶的过程。激波与cluster周围局域应力场的相互作用,使cluster旋转,类液区cluster、类晶cluster切变沉积到有序原子集团,在μs内形成微晶。
Based on the orderd cluster and dislocation, Crystallization of metal glass to nanocrystalline under shock wave is discussed by using dislocation dynamics. The interaction between shock wave and local stress fields in metal glass makes cluster rotate and the inter cluster and other cluster deposit onto the cluster. Clusters grow up and become grains within μs. The shock wave experiment is fitted with the dislocation dynamics theory considerately.
