摘要
透气砖是超高功率电炉底吹技术的关键元件 ,本文介绍了国产透气砖在超高功率电炉上的应用情况。结果表明 ,国产透气砖具有优异的抗侵蚀性能、良好的高温力学性能和透气可调性 ,完全满足超高功率电炉底吹工艺的生产需要。
Purging plug is one of the key parts in the technology of UHP electric arc furnace(EAF) bottom blowing. The application of the domestic purging plug in UHP EAF is introduced in the present paper. The results revealed that the domestic purging plug, which is characterized by good corrosion resistance,high strength at elevated temperature and adjustable gas volume,could meet the needs of the technology of electric arc furnace bottom blowing.
