摘要
针对电动汽车对传动系的节能要求较高,提出了一种可搭载于电动汽车上的新型行星齿轮无级变速器(planetary gear continuously variable transmission,P-CVT),从P-CVT的机械结构推导出其基本构件间的转速关系和扭矩的关系,并从能量守恒的角度对这两个关系进行了理论验证,最后通过ADAMS工具对一个具体实例进行动力学仿真。仿真结果证明了该变速器的输入、输出扭矩与速比之间并无直接关系,可以实现无级变速条件下的高速大扭矩输出。具有能效较高、调速平稳、控制简单的特点。
As far as the energy-saving requirements of the Transmission system carried in electric vehicles(EV) is concerned,this paper proposes a new-type planetary gear continuously variable transmission(P-CVT) carried in EV.The relations of the rotation speed and the torque among its basic components are derived by analyzing the Mechanical structure of P-CVT,and these two relations are proved from the perspective of energy conservation.Finally,dynamics simulation has been done on the relations derived above with ADAMS.The simulation results show that the input and output torque of the transmission do not have contact with the speed ratio directly,and high-speed and large-torque output can be achieved under conditions of continuously variable transmission.This transmission has characteristics of high energy-efficiency,stable adjustment,and simple control.
