摘要
当前城市轨道交通建设处于加速发展阶段,各级政府对其投入不断加大,然而其巨额的投资和运营成本已成为制约城市轨道交通行业快速发展的重要因素。文章基于当前国内外经济形势对国内城市轨道交通项目投融资的影响,分析城市轨道交通行业应如何应对,为投融资决策者提供参考。
Now the construction of urban transit is speeding up,and investment from different levels of government is increasing.Investment in urban transit is significant to revitalize the economy and to facilitate public traffic.However,the enormous investment and huge amount of subsidy for operation are key factors which have made the urban transit development entered a bottleneck period.Based on the influence of investment and financing model of urban transit under current economy situation,the paper analyzes the countermeasure.
