摘要
党的十七届六中全会提出"深化文化体制改革、推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣"伟大目标时,使建立健全我国的文化安全机制的紧迫性进一步凸显。国家文化安全机制的建设已经成为未来一段时期不可回避的重大课题。应从"强化内功"、"未雨绸缪"、"随机应变"、"法不容情"、"人才方阵"为切入点,建立健全创新、预警、决策、法制、人才五大文化安全机制。
The Party＇s 17th session of the 6th Plenary Session proposed the great goals of＂Deepen the reform of the cultural management system,and promote socialist cultural greater development and prosperity＂,which further highlight the urgency to establish and perfect the mechanism of cultural security in China.The construction of national cultural security has become an unavoidable major issue in the next stage.This paper has done thinking into the five culture security mechanisms as regards to innovation,warning,decision-making,the legal system and talent,etc.
