经皮经肝胆囊穿刺置管引流术后并发症的防治 被引量：14

摘要 目的：探讨经皮经肝胆囊穿刺置管引流术（PTGD）术后并发症的防治。方法：回顾性分析3年间施行PTGD的110例患者的临床资料。结果：全组107例经PTGD均成功，引流脓性或黄色胆汁30-450mL／d。3例穿刺失败急症行胆囊切除术，术中2例证实出现胆瘘，术后并发胆道出血1例；85例于拨管后2-3个月行择期胆囊切除术或腹腔镜胆囊切除术。全组无因急性胆囊炎及相关的治疗而发生的严重并发症及死亡。结论：PTGD不但可以避免急症手术带来的风险，而且能迅速缓解症状，减轻胆道压力，为后期治疗提供治疗时机，且该方法操作简单、穿刺引流成功率高，并发症少。
