摘要
目前酒店人力资源管理制度的不完善,导致我国酒店在经营管理过程中出现了众多问题。文中通过对酒店人力资源管理现状的调查,指出了酒店当前在人力资源管理方面所存在的问题,并提出相应的管理对策。
The hotel human resources management system in China is imperfect,a lot of problems have arisen in hotel management process in our country.This article investigated o the hotel human resources management,points out the current management problems.And put forward corresponding countermeasures.
