摘要
IT治理是一个新兴的交叉学科,已经成为公司治理研究的热点。IT治理机制是国内外IT治理研究的重要方向之一。构建新研究视角下的IT治理结构机制、治理流程机制与治理沟通机制,即基于公司治理的IT治理三要素机制,对于未来信息技术背景下的公司治理机制构建与研究具有导向作用。
IT governance is an new cross subject,which has become the focus of corporate goverance.IT governance mechanisms is an important part of IT governance researches.We design and build IT governance mechanisms-structure,processes and communication mechanisms in a new perspective in this article.It is very important to the research on corporate governance mechanisms in the future with this information technology background.
