摘要
针对国内外石油化工领域存在的热电偶保护套管的磨损、腐蚀和法兰根部焊接区域脆性断裂等问题,采用自主研发的新型合金材料、整体锻压成型及深盲钻孔技术研制了一种分体式可拆卸热电偶,替代了传统的焊接工艺,合理解决了保护套管与法兰材质的问题。不仅提高了热电偶保护套管的耐磨损和耐腐蚀性能,而且有效节省了法兰材料,是一种新型的节能热电偶。
Based on the problem of abrasion, corrosion and brittleness rupture of flange at the wield bottom part occurred for thermocouple protection jacket in petrochemical field at home and abroad, a fissional thermocouple is developed. The developed disassembly thermocouple, which adopts the novel alloy material, the integration forging modeling and deep blind drill technology, can replace the traditional wielding technique. It solves the protection jacket and flange material problem rationally. It not only sharply increases the thermocouple jacket abrasion and corrosion resistance performance, but also save the flange material efficiently, and is a novel energy saving thermocouple.
