摘要
基于我国2007年投入产出表构建投入产出模型,通过计算国民经济各部门的影响力系数和感应度系数,对各部门能源消耗的波及效应进行分析。结果表明,不同产业部门在能源消耗方面其波及效应是不同的,有些部门在其中扮演了"关键部门"的角色。从总体来看,第二产业能源消耗的波及效应最大,第一和第三产业的波及效应相对较小,但服务业有些部门的波及效应也较显著。这对于我国产业结构的调整和节能政策的制定具有很好的导向性。
In this paper, we constructed an input-output model based on the China’s input-output table made in the year 2007. By calculating the driving coefficients and the driven coefficients of the different sectors, we also analyzed the relevance effect of different sectors on the energy consumption. The results indicate that different sectors show different relevance effects on energy consumption and some of them even play a key role. On the whole, the relevance effect in the secondary sector is the strongest; those in the primary and the tertiary sectors are relatively weak, but some sections in the tertiary sector show a significant relevance effect on energy consumption. This finding is of great practical significance for making energy-saving policy and adjusting the industrial structure.
