摘要
利用专业铸造模拟仿真有限元分析软件ProCAST对某出水器本体初始低压铸造工艺过程进行模拟仿真分析,模拟结果显示,出水器本体内部型腔多处出现孤岛现象,产生严重的缩孔、缩松缺陷。对出水器本体及其模具结构进行改进,并对改进方案进行模拟分析,结果表明改进后工艺方案明显减少了孤岛效应。将改进后的工艺方案投入试生产,产品抽检结果与模拟结果基本吻合。
Finite element analysis software Procast, a professional software for simulating casting process, was used to simulate and analyze the initial low pressure casting process for a water outlet device body. The result shows that the internal cavity of the body has many "isolated islands" and severe necking and shrinkage porosity defects. Improvement was then made on the body and die structure. Simulation analysis indicates that the islanding has been reduced a lot with the new process and the result of sample surveys agrees well with that from the simulation.
