摘要
从酸枣实生苗叶片获得再生不定植株,在 WPM附加 TDZ 2.0 mg· l^(-1)和 IAA0.5 mg· l^(-1)的培养基上获得了47.6%的不定梢再生率。不定梢转移到培养基MS+BA 0.5 mg·1^(-1)上增殖,在1/2MS+IBA0.3mg·1^(-1)+蔗糖2%培养基上诱导生根,仅获得13.1%的生根率。
Shoot regeneration was obtained from leaves of seedlings of sour jujube(Zizyphus spinosus Hu. ). The highest regeneration rate was reached up to 47. 6% on medium WPM supplemented with 2 mg·l^(-1) TDZ and 0.5mg·l^(-1)IAA. Shoot was transferred to MS supplemented with 0.5mg·l^(-1) BA for proliferation. Rooting was induced on 1/2MS supplemented with 0.3 mg·l^(-1) IBA and 2% sucrose. Rooting rate was very low, only 13. 1 %.
