摘要
特高压直流输电线路将在我国电能长距离传输中占有重要的地位,线路复合绝缘子的带电检测将是特高压直流输电主要维护工作之一。为此评述了复合绝缘子在线检测技术的现状,提出采用谐波电场法实现±800kV特高压直流复合绝缘子内绝缘导通性故障的在线检测,并基于Cygnal公司F040型号高性能单片机研制出了谐波电场检测仪。实验室和现场测试结果表明:良好绝缘子和故障绝缘子的纵向谐波电场分布规律符合一般意义上的电场法检测原理的要求,谐波电场法能够应用于±800kV特高压直流复合绝缘子内绝缘缺陷的带电检测,所研制的谐波电场测试仪能够准确给出绝缘子纵向相对谐波电场分布规律,可连续检测100串绝缘子,每串绝缘子的伞裙数最大为510个,无线通信技术的应用提高了现场检测的便利性。
We reviewed the present state of composite insulators on-line detection technology,proposed a harmonic electric field method in the ±800 kV UHV DC insulator on-line detection technology,and developed a new harmonic electric field detector based on F040 MCU.Laboratory and field test results show that,longitudinal harmonic electric field distribution of healthy insulators and failure insulators meet the requirements of electric field detection in general sense,the harmonic electric field method can be used in the inner insulation defect on-line test of ±800 kV UHV DC composite insulators,and the harmonic electric field insulator tester can accurately give the relative vertical distribution rule of the harmonic electric field and continuously test 100 insulator strings,of which the maximum number of sheds of insulator string is 510.
