摘要
目的在自行设计的等离子体反应装置中,模拟冷氧等离子体对甲型H1N1流感病毒气溶胶的杀灭作用。方法以甲型H1N1流感病毒PR8株和2009年季节性甲型H1N1流感病毒临床分离株作为指示病毒株,将流感病毒悬液雾化成气溶胶状态(约3.5μm),通过装置有冷氧等离子发生器和普通紫外灯管(8W)的自制管道,分别作用30min,在管道上、下方的出口收集病毒气溶胶于基础培养基(MEM)培养液中;以空斑形成法检测收集的流感病毒滴度。结果无任何干预条件下,流感病毒悬液雾化经过管道后,PR8株平均存活率为23.0%,病毒滴度下降0.64logPFU,临床分离株平均存活率为35.7%,病毒滴度下降0.44logPFU;PR8株气溶胶颗粒经冷氧等离子和普通紫外灯作用后,平均病毒滴度分别下降2.19、5.83logPFU,相对杀灭率为99.35%、100.00%;临床分离株气溶胶颗粒经冷氧等离子和普通紫外灯作用后,平均病毒滴度分别下降2.15、1.95logPFU,相对杀灭率为99.3%、98.9%。结论冷氧等离子对于受测的甲型H1N1流感病毒气溶胶,均显示了较好的杀灭作用,与普通紫外灯效果基本类似。
OBJECTIVE To discuss the effectiveness of cold oxygen plasma against influenza A virus.METHODS Influenza A virus PR8 strain(A/PR/8/34,H1N1) and seasonal influenza strain(A/Guangzhou/GIRD/02/2009(H1N1)) isolated in 2009 were employed.Suspensions of influenza virus were sprayed as an aerosol and the virus aerosols were treated with cold oxygen plasma or general UV lamp(8W) in the purification chamber.The virus aerosols were collected from the up and down outlet.The influenza virus titers were tested by plaque assay.RESULTS Without intervention,the reduction of average virus titers of influenza A virus PR8 strain and seasonal influenza A virus strain were 0.64 lg PFU and 0.44 lg PFU.Subjected to cold oxygen plasma and general UV lamp,the reduction of average virus titers of influenza A virus PR8 strain were 2.19 and 5.83 lg PFU respectively,and the relative destroying rates were 99.35% and 100.00%.When subjected to cold oxygen plasma and general UV lamp,the reduction of average virus titers of seasonal influenza A virus strain were 2.15 and 1.95 lg PFU and the relative destroying rates were 99.3% and 98.9%.CONCLUSION Cold oxygen plasma and general UV lamp were efficient in influenza A viruses aerosols treatments.
