摘要
目的观察鬼臼毒素酊联合重组人干扰素a-2b凝胶治疗外阴尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法外阴尖锐湿疣患者126例,其中鬼臼毒素酊联合重组人干扰素a-2b凝胶(A组)66例,对照组60例采用鬼臼毒素酊治疗;两组均在治疗后4、8、16、24周随访。结果治疗后24周,最终临床治愈率A组为89.4%、B组69%,再次复发率A组10.6%(7/66),B组31%(19/60),两组比较有显著性差异,两组出现的不良反应短暂而轻微。结论鬼臼毒素酊联合重组人干扰素a-2b凝胶治疗外阴尖锐湿疣疗效较好,可明显降低复发率。
Objective Observation of the effect of podophyllotoxin tincture combined with recombinant human interferon a-2b gel in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum of vulva.Methods 126 cases with condyloma acuminatum of vulva,66 cases（group A） with the treatment of podophyllotoxin tincture combined with recombinant human interferon a-2B gel,60 cases（group B） with podophyllotoxin treatment,and than followed up both group at 4,8,12,16,and 24 weeks.Results 24 weeks after treatment,the clinical cure rate was 89.4% in group A,and 69% in group B,there were significant differences（P0.01）.Conclusion P odophyllotoxin tincture combined with recombinant human interferon a-2B gel is a better method in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum of vulva conparad with podophyllotoxin tincture only.It can decrease the recurrence of condyloma acuminatum of vulva significantly.
