摘要
老年人心理、生理均衰退,多种器官功能减退,多数器官细胞总数减少,主要脏器血流量降低,血浆蛋白含量降低,药物代谢酶活性减弱,免疫反应降低,疾病发病率增高,效应器官对药物反应的敏感性增强而出现毒性反应,用药量增大,乱用药严重,不良反应发生率高。
the elderly psychological,physiological were depression,multiple organ dysfunction of most organs,cell number decreases,the main organ blood flow was decreased,the plasma protein content decreased,drug metabolism enzyme activity decreased,the immune response was reduced,the disease incidence,effector organ response to the drug sensitivity and toxicity,increasing the amount of medication,random drug use severity,the high incidence of adverse reactions.
