气肿性肾盂肾炎一例报告 被引量：4

摘要 气肿性。肾盂肾炎（emphysematous pyelonephritis，EPN）临床罕见，疾病严重程度及治疗措施是影响预后的关键。分型可预判疾病严重程度，该病并存几种分型方法，孰优孰劣尚无定论；是否需要外科干预、手术时机、引流拟或切除患肾等问题值得探讨。我们收治1例，结合文献复习，现报告如下。
