摘要
产后出血是产科常见的严重并发症,随着剖宫产率增加,宫缩乏力已成为产后出血的主要因素。目前治疗方法多种多样,文章主要探讨药物治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的研究近况,包括单种药物治疗及联合药物治疗,从而对此病的药物治疗提供临床参考。
Postpartum hemorrhage was the common serious obstetric complications.Following the increasing rate of cesarean section,uterine inertia had been a major factor of postpartum hemorrhage.Currently the treatments for postpartum hemorrhage were multiple and the paper studied recent research of the drug treatment for postpartum hemorrhage resulting of uterine inertia,including single-drug therapy and combination therapy that would provide clinical summary for postpartum hemorrhage in clinic.
