摘要
从词源学、经济学和管理学角度,剖析医务人员积极性的本质内涵,并从医疗卫生供求的矛盾性、医疗卫生资源的稀缺性、医疗卫生体制的制约性和人事管理制度的滞后性等方面,探讨充分调动医务人员积极性的客观形势。
From the perspective of etymology, economics and management, the authors analyze the essential connota- tion of mobilizing the initiative of medical workers and discuss the objective situation of fully mobilizing medical workers in the aspect of contradiction between supply and demand of medical health, scarcity of medical health resources, restraints of medical health system, and hystereticnature of personnel management system.
