摘要
针对我国深入进行林业经营机制改革。实行森林分类经营、启动天然林保护工程的几个重大实质性的问题．结合黑龙江省的实际情况，进行了一系列研究。初步确定了黑龙江省森林覆被车以51．56％为宜。林种结构确定为：生态公益林占63．20％，商品林占36．80％较为合理。有宜于实施森林分类经营和天然林保护。
In accordance with the thorough reform of forestry management mechanism of China implementingforest classified management and several important substantive problems in starting the Natural ForestProtecting Project, combined with the practice of Heilongjiang province, a series of studies in these fieldshave been carried out. The results show that the suitable percentage of forest cover is 51. 56 percent,and the structure of reasonable forest types is that the ecological public forest area hold 63. 20 Percentand the commercial forest area hold 36. 80 percent for this province. This is beneficial to the protectionof natural forest and the practice of forest classified management.
