摘要
将自制的丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸N ,N -二甲基氨基乙酯共聚物 (聚丙烯酸盐 ,以下简称聚盐 )与聚乙烯醇 (PVA)共混制备渗透汽化膜 ,研究了膜对乙醇水混合液的吸附溶解性能和分离性能 ,发现共混膜优先透水 ,与PVA膜相比 ,选择性有所下降而透过速率得到很大提高 ,尤其是分离 95 % (质量百分比 ,以下同 )的乙醇水溶液仍有较大的渗透通量。选择合适的共聚单体比例及聚盐含量能得到性能较好的共混膜。当共聚单体比例为2、聚盐含量为 16 .3 %时 ,共混膜分离 95 %乙醇水溶液分离系数约为 90 0 ,是PVA膜的 95 .8% ,而透过速率为PVA膜的 3倍。
The copolymers of acrylic acid and 2-(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate were synthesized and blended with poly vinyalcohol (PVA) for pervaporation membranes,which were crosslinked by heat and used for separating ethanol-water mixture.The results show that water is preferential solution and permselectivity in the membranes,compared with the PVA membrane,the separation factor decreases while the total flux notably inxreases,especially the flux of separating 95% (percent of weight of ethanol ) ethanol-water mixture is still greater.At appropriate ratio of monomers and content of poly arcylate,the membrane has good property.
