摘要
对燃烧合成技术做了简要介绍,简略回顾了它的发展历程。经历了上个世纪80年代和90年代的发展高潮后,近10年来燃烧合成发展滞缓,逐步步入低潮。但也有一些成功的应用,燃烧合成的确是一种制取材料的新方法。选择了几项有实用价值和实用潜力的技术予以介绍:1)离心铝热反应。这项技术广泛用于制备陶瓷内衬复合钢管,还可用来制造陶瓷复合钢板以及铁合金等。2)制粉技术。燃烧合成的大量产物是粉末,后处理工序对粉末质量有明显影响。3)反应锻造技术。在合成与致密化同步完成的技术中,该技术的效率相对较高。4)纳米粉末制备技术。在反应物料中添加碱金属盐,盐熔化包覆颗粒阻止其长大和团聚。5)碳燃烧合成氧化物技术。反应物料中添加碳粉,在氧气流中进行反应,利用碳氧反应热制备材料。
A brief introduction to combustion synthesis(SHS) is made,and a look back on the course of SHS development is also made briefly.The RD of SHS go slow and arrives at a low tide gradually in recent decade after being at a high tide in the last two decades of the twentieth century. But,there are still some successful samples of the application,the combustion synthesis is indeed a new method to manufacture materials.Here,several useful and potentially useful technologies are introduced as following: 1) Centrifugal thirmit reaction.It has been widely used to manufacture the ceramic-lined steel pipes,but it is able to make other products such as the composite of ceramic and steel plate,and ferroalloys. 2) Powder production.Powders are the major products of SHS,the treatments after synthesis are also important for the quality of the powders. 3) Rective forging.This is an efficient one among the methods completing the synthesis and densification by one step. 4) Fabrication of nanopowders.Alkali metal salts are mixed with the reactants together,the salts melt and coat producing grains preventing them from growing and agglomerating. 5)Oxides by carbon combustion synthesis.The carbon is addid in reactants,the reaction takes place in flowing oxygen,carbon reacts with oxygen releasing heat to produce materials.
