摘要
目的对比分析护理干预在高血压并发冠心病患者护理中的效果。方法将我院240例高血压伴冠心病的患者随机分为2组,一组给予一般护理,一组给予护理干预,比较2组患者的血压控制率的区别。结果护理干预组的血压控制率明显高于一般护理组的血压控制率(80%vs50%),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性的护理干预能有效的控制高血压伴冠心病患者的血压水平。
Objective Comparative analysis in the nursing intervention hypertension and coronary heart disease in patient care effect.Methods 240 cases with our hospital hypertension of coronary heart disease patients were randomly divided into two groups, one group give general nursing,a group of give the nursing intervention,compared with two groups of patients with blood pressure control with distinction. Results The nursing intervention group of blood pressure control with general care group was higher than the blood pressure control （80%vs50%）,two groups of comparisons difference was statistically significant（P〈：0.05）.Conclusion Directive nursing intervention can effective control of hypertension patients with coronary heart disease of blood pressure level.
