摘要 用单因子和正交实验方法研究温度、照度、光照周期、海水相对密度对微小色球藻(Chroococcus minutus)生长的影响。结果表明:温度、照度、光照周期及海水相对密度对微小色球藻生长均有极显著影响(P<0.01)。最适温度范围为30~35℃,最适照度范围为36~72μmol/(m2.s),最适光照周期范围为8L:16D^12L:12D,最适海水相对密度范围为1.010~1.020。微小色球藻适合生长于较低海水相对密度的亚热带水域。正交实验结果显示,温度对微小色球藻生长影响较为明显。 The effect of temperature,illumination intensity,photoperiod and sea water relative density on the growth of Chroococcus minutus were studied by single factor experiments and orthogonal test.The results indicated that the optimal growth temperature of Chroococcus minutus was 30-35 ℃,and the optimal illumination intensity and photoperiod for growth were 36 – 72 μmol /(m2.s) and 8L:16D 12L:12D,respectively and the optimal sea water relative density for growth was 1.015-1.020.Therefore,Chroococcus minutus is suitable for low density of sea water in the subtropical waters.The result of orthogonal experiments showed that temperature had remarkable influence on the growth of Chroococcus minutus.
