摘要
设计一种新型的自动定心液压扩涨式磨床心轴,具有很高的定心精度,定位表面的径向跳动量能控制在0.002 mm以内,而且其装卸工件方便,夹紧可靠,稳定性好.分析了关键零件的设计要点,介绍了保证制造与装配精度的工艺方法以及使用的要求,通过实际生产运用,能满足高精度薄壁零件的加工要求.
A new type of self centring-hydraulic-expanding grinder mandre is degined.It has high centering accuracy,radial play eccentricity of locating surface can be controlled within 0.002 mm,and it is easy to assemble or disassemble,reliable clamp and good stability.Design points of crucial element are analysed,and technique as well as operating requirements is presented to guarantee accuracy of manufacturing and assembling.By means of actual production,it can satisfy the processing requirement of high precision thin-wall part.
