摘要
在经济全球化的今天,通过资本市场引进境外战略投资者已成为外资并购的重要组成部分。而引进境外战略投资者涉及到的问题与风险,也愈来愈受到国人的关注。完善我国资本市场引进境外战略投资者的相关法律法规体系,政府进行适度干预,防止垄断,完善外汇管理是解决问题和防范风险的重要对策。
Today with globalized economy,it is an important part for foreign trade merger and acquisition to introduce foreign strategic investors through capital market.More attention is put on the relative problems and risks.To perfect the relative rules and laws,appropriately intervene by government and perfect foreign currency management are the countermeasures.
