摘要
从政治主体性的视域来定义,公民政治是具有政治主体资格的公民,在社会政治意义的基础上,通过不断提升政治主体性来实现公共治理的生活方式与行动过程。公民政治以现实的、普遍的、平等的公民为目的,通过权利保障、权力限制、政治参与,保证和实现人的政治主体性,体现政治为人的正义性,从而使公民政治成为民主民生的权利政治、自主平等的参与政治、理性协商的文明政治、信任合作的责任政治和自由公平的正义政治。
Broadly defined in the perspective of subjectivity,Civic Politics is the way of democratic social life,the practice process to govern the public business by citizens who own the political subjectivity.Civic politics focus on the real,equal,universal citizenship by guaranteeing rights,restraining power and participating politics to show the justice of Politics.Thus,Civic politics can be summarized with the characteristic of democracy,rights,equal participation,rational deliberation,trust,cooperation,liberty and justice.
