钒酸盐对尿道下裂术后尿道瘢痕成纤维细胞的影响

摘要
尿道下裂是小儿外科常见疾病,尿道成形术后常发生尿道狭窄,治疗后易复发,影响手术效果,这始终是小儿泌尿外科十分棘手的难题。尿道狭窄与尿道愈合过程中瘢痕形成有关,因此抑制尿道瘢痕形成的药物成为研究热点。近年来发现钒酸盐作为蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶抑制剂,是促进愈合,
