摘要
光镜及透射电镜研究表明,绞股蓝 Gynostemma pentaphyllum(Thunb)Makino 茎尖细胞及幼叶叶肉和表皮细胞中有大小不等、近似球形的电子致密体,直径约0.2—1.8μm,具膜包被。细胞化学染色证明是一种蛋白体。它主要分布在液泡内,与液泡膜紧紧附着,且常与细胞质团块粘在一起。这暗示着它们在细胞的分化和形态建成中起着某种作用。
Studying with light microscopy and transmision electron microscopy indicated that the stem-tip and leaflet mesophyllous cells and epidermal cells of the G.pentaphyllum contained the electron density bodies,heterogenous and globoid,0.2—1.8 μm in diameter,bundled with membrane.Cytochemical dyeing proved that they were protein bodies,distributed mainly in vacuole,lined tightly with vacuole membrane,stuck together with cytoplasmic masses.This is suggested that they played a role in the cell differentiation and morphogenesis.
