三维角联锁机织复合材料低速冲击破坏的有限元计算 被引量:7

摘要 测试三维角联锁机织复合材料低速冲击性能,得到复合材料在低速冲击过程中的载荷-位移曲线等。结合采用冲击接触定律、单元失效准则和材料刚度退化技术,建立复合材料低速冲击的三维有限元单胞模型。运用商业有限元软件ABAQUS/Explicit,联合用户子程序(VUMAT)计算复合材料低速冲击破坏过程。比较有限元计算结果和实验结果,发现二者在载荷-位移变化规律和复合材料破坏形态上较为吻合。 The low - velocity impact was tested on the 3D angle - interlock woven composite by a conical impactor. The load - displacement curves were obtained to analyze the failure mode. The impact law and unit failure criterion were adopted to compute the damage models, including matrix failure and fiber breakage, and then the material stiffness degradation was employed to model the failure of composite material. VUMAT ( FORTRAN vectorized user - material) connected with commercial FEM software ABAQUS/Explicit to calculate the impact damage evolution of the composite. By compared the FEM results with experimental results, we can confirm that FEM is effective to simulate experimental process especially the load -deflection curves and failure patterns have a good agreement.
